And believed me, this leftovers are the most stuborn!
But knowing my own body that higly fragile especially to certain part of my body,
I decided just to start with some minor moves.
Yes, i missed running. The best record so far was just a jog!
Wooshing it 2 rounds were aint even at my par back when i used to run..
However it all have changed. Clearly that this body of mine is no longer fit for all this.
