Loaded wit 'never ending' work stuff and to chase the 'so wanna be' in my long lasting dream book. So i decided to find ways to controlled the stress. Especially againts my anxiety and panic attacks. Practising my Yoga have some how quickly relief stress while im in tense situation.
But at this moment.. i think i deserved my dozen of super donuts. How does it feel??.. well try to guess lah!
